These are subject to the PPPFA as amended and the Preferential Procurement Regulations 2017 and the General Conditions of Contract and, if applicable, to any special conditions of contract. The 80/20 points system will be used for Bids below R 50,000,000.00 and 90/10 for Bids above R50, 000,000.00.

The council reserves the right to accept either the whole or part of any Bid, or not to appoint at all. Faxes or e-mail are not acceptable.

Tenders will be received as per the dates stated above and must be enclosed in a sealed envelope, bearing the applicable Tender heading, and Tender number, as well as the closing time and due date, and must be placed in the TENDER BOX at main Municipal Building at 02 Grobler Avenue Groblersdal, in which bids will be open at the time indicated in public.

NB: Only locally produced / manufactured products with stipulated minimum threshold of 100% for local content will be considered
