DISPOSAL/AUCTION OF COUNCIL VEHICLE

(The sale shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Auction and the Consumer Protection Act No.68 of 2008 and the Rule promulgated there under)

The Auction Sale shall be held on the 29 June 2021 at 09H00, Prince M Buthelezi Airport, King Cetshwayo Highway, Umcijo Road, Ulundi, 3838

All vehicles/ goods/items listed as per list.

The following information is furnished regarding the vehicles/goods/items, though in this respect, nothing is guarantee SOLD AS IS (VOETS TOOTS)

List of items sold as per Annexure “A”

TAKE FURTHER NOTICE THAT:

1. The property shall be sold by the Auctioneer at Prince M Buthelezi Airport.
2. The Rules of the Action is available 24 hours before the auction and may be viewed at the office of Zululand District Municipality B 400 Princes Magogo Street, Ulundi 3838.
3. Registration as a buyer is a pre-requisite subject to specific conditions, inter alia:
a) In accordance to the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (http://www.infor.gov.za/view/downloadfileAction?id=99961)
b) All bidders are required to present their identity Document together with their proof of residence for FICA compliance.
c) All bidders are required to pay R15 000.00 (refundable) registration fee prior to the commencement of the action in order to obtain a buyer’s card.
d) Registration conditions.

4. The purchaser shall pay to the Auctioneer the full price, Auctioneer’s Commission & Vat, of the purchase price in cash, by bank guaranteed cheque or by way of an electronic funds transfer, immediately on the fall of the hammer or in any customary manner, and provide proof thereof to the satisfaction of the Auctioneer.

5. The sale will be conducted by Mr S Chetty as Auctioneer.
6. Conditions of Sale may be viewed at the office of Zululand District Municipality, B 400 Princes Magogo Street, Ulundi 3838.
7. Viewing of ZDM Vehicle will commence on the 21-28 June 2021 Prince M Buthelezi Airport, King Cetshwayo Highway, Umcijo Road, Ulundi, 3838
