meeting certificates will be issued at the pre-tender meeting. No late
arrivals will be admitted to attend the pre-tender briefing meeting.

Site Meeting(s): Due to Covid 19 bidders are advised to visit the site
on their own capacity as there will no compulsory site briefing meeting.
