Appointment of a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to submit proposals and quotations for the design of a fire detection system

South African Nursing Council is a regulatory Council of the Nursing and Midwifery professions in South Africa.

The South African Nursing Council (SANC) hereby invites all potential service providers to submit their quotations for the design of a fire detection system.

Quotations will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 preference point/scoring system. The quotations will be evaluated in the following three (3) stages:
Stage 1- Administrative Compliance, Stage 2 Functionality and Stage 3- Price and BBBEE points.

Quotations must remain valid for 60 days from the closing date. Quotation will only be submitted on hand-delivery or courier on before closing date and time with all supporting documents at the tender box situated in the Reception area at Cecilia Makiwane building, 602 Pretorius Street, Arcadia, Pretoria, 0083.

Please note that the compulsory site meeting will be held on 07 December 2021 at 10H00, Cecilia Makiwane Building, 602 Pretorius Street, Arcadia, 0083

All couriered bid proposals must be addressed to the SANC Supply Chain Management Unit and they must be submitted on or before 17 December 2021 at 12H00. No late submissions will be accepted.

The detailed RFQ document will be available on the www.sanc.co.za. from Friday (03 December 2021).

The closing date for submissions is 17 December 2021 at 12H00 South African time.
