South African Nursing Council is a regulatory Council of the Nursing and Midwifery professions in South Africa.

The South African Nursing Council (SANC) hereby invites all potential service providers for the appointment of a panel of three (3) electrical maintenance companies for the provision of electrical maintenance services at the South African Nursing Council building for a period of three (3) years on a rotational basis.

Bids will be evaluated in terms of the 80/20 preference point/scoring system. The bids will be evaluated in the following three (3) stages:
Stage 1 - Administrative Compliance, Stage 2 - Functionality and Stage 3 - Price and BBBEE points.

The detailed bid document will be available on the website, www.sanc.co.za, from Thursday 21 October 2021. No faxed or e-mailed bids will be accepted.

All bids must be submitted in two separate, sealed envelopes clearly marked "Administrative Document" [one (1) original and one (1) copy] and "Financial/Pricing Document" [one (1) original and one (1) copy].

Bids must be hand-delivered to the tender box situated in the Reception area at Cecilia Makiwane building, 602 Pretorius Street, Arcadia, Pretoria, 0083.

The closing date for submissions is 30 November 2021 at 12H00 South African time.
