AFMS Group (Pty) Ltd invites tenderers to submit bids for the following services:

• Cleaning
• Hygiene Services
• Armed Response Security
• Maintenance and services of the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning (HVAC), Building Management System and Vacuum System Control

These services are required for the Head Office of the South African National Roads Agency SoC Limited (SANRAL) based at 48 Tambotie Avenue, Val De Grace, Pretoria, Gauteng.

Tenderer requirements:
1. Tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1 or 2 and who are either an EME or QSE are eligible to tender
2. SARS PIN Tax Certificate
3. CSD Registration – summary report
4. COIDA Certificate (Letter of Good Standing)
5. Industry specific registration certificates and qualifications

Details of the briefing sessions are in the tender documents. Only one representative per company will be permitted to attend. All COVID-19 protocols will be observed. This meeting may be changed to an online meeting, if required.
